Aug 29, 2014 (newstodate): In July 2014, Thai Cargo was again successful in Scandinavia, alone among the top-10 IATA carriers in showing growth in all three markets.
Most significantly, Thai Cargo grew volumes even in the depressed Swedish IATA export cargo market, as one of only three carriers to do so, seeing its volumes up by 53.77 percent, y-o-y, to 502 tonnes.
Thai Cargo also took its share in the booming Norwegian export market, growing by 10.57 percent to 779 tonnes.
In Denmark Thai Cargo increased volumes by 7.63 percent, y-o-y, to 623 tonnes.
All three Scandinavian markets are served with Thai's Boeing 777 aircraft with daily flights lifting up to 27 tonnes.
