Aug 27, 2014 (newstodate): The Latvian freight forwarder and logistics provider JAZZ Logistics is developing fast despite a turbulent and competitive market.
Established as a company in 2009, and starting work in summer 2010, Jazz Logistics provides freight forwarding services, including air cargo, as well as cargo trucking services in Eastern Europe, with offices in Riga, Helsinki and London.
-New to come and currently under preparation will be a courier service yet to be branded, says Sintija Edelmane, JAZZ Logistics sales and operations manager.
-The courier service to be announced and launched within a month will take small shipments from Latvia via Germany to the UK for global distribution, and the service will be on a stand-alone basis without other partners involved.
-Our daily business is running as usual, little affected by the current crisis with Russia and Ukraine. We do offer trucking services from Riga to markets including Ukraine, Belarus, Russia and Moldova, but this is not our prime business so even if there is a decline in this traffic we are still doing well, says Ms Edelmane.
