Jul 04, 2014 (newstodate): Air cargo volumes through Estonia's Tallinn Airport took a big dip in the first two months of this year - but the traffic is recovering.
While cargo volumes during January-June are still down by 4.7 percent, y-o-y, to 8,765 tonnes, volumes since March have been steadily growing, with an increase in June by 8.8 percent, to 1,299 tonnes.
Similarly, volumes in March were up 4.6 percent, in April 5.5 percent, and in May 10.8 percent, y-o-y.
The cargo volumes primarily consist of imports, totaling 6,622 tonnes during the first half of 2014.
