Jun 12, 2014 (newstodate): Thai Cargo has seen a strong growth in volumes in the Danish market through the first months of this year.
In January 2014 the carrier generated 555 tonnes of cargo in Denmark, up 13.97 percent, y-o-y, and ranking #3 on the CASS list.
In February the carrier also increased by 48.41 percent, maintaining its #3 position with 780 tonnes, and in March Thai Cargo lifted 742 tonnes of cargo out of Denmark, while growing volumes by 32.47 percent and still #3 in the market.
In the latest statistics covering April 2014, Thai Cargo generated 760 tonnes of cargo, up 10.71 percent - and still #3 on the list.
Thai Airways International is operating daily Boeing 777 flights lifting some 27 tonnes of cargo with full passenger loads.
Since May 1, 2014, Erik Bertelsen is new Thai Cargo Manager in Scandinavia after last serving as Thai Cargo Scandinavia Cargo and Mail Sales Manager and with the company since September 1988.
