Jun 25, 2014 (newstodate): Russia's Novosibirsk Tolmachevo Airport has deepened its cooperation with Cargolux.
Since 2011, Cargolux has used the airport for technical stops on its flights between China and Europa, starting out with four weekly calls.
The first Cargolux technical stop at the airport was on September 22, 2011, when a Boeing 747-400F freighter was handled on its flights between Seoul, Korea, and Europe.
The number of landings have since been gradually expanded, and from June 2014, the carrier can operate 16 weekly flights through the airport for technical support including fueling.
Among cargo airlines currently operating through the airport are Air Nordic Global Airlines, China Cargo, Cargolux, Air China Cargo, Yangtze River Express as well as Aeroflot, AirBridgeCargo, Volga-Dnepr and Polet Airlines.
