Jun 10, 2014 (newstodate): The Lithuanian company AviaAM Leasing has again delivered an aircraft to a Russian carrier.
This time the leasing company has placed a Boeing 737-500 aircraft with the airline Aurora, based at Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Airport.
Aurora, a newly established regional Russian airlines brand, was formed by its parent company Aeroflot-Russian Airlines by amalgamating SAT Airlines and Vladivostok Avia.
Currently, Aurora's fleet consists of 14 aircraft, including Airbus A319, Boeing 737 and Bombardier Q200/Q300 aircraft.
Aurora plans to expand its fleet to 40 aircraft by 2018.
