May 09, 2014 (newstodate): The Swedish charter carrier Novair is planning to renew its fleet of Airbus A321 aircraft with new neo versions.
In the plans is the lease of three A321neo aircraft to be delivered on a contract with Air Lease Corporation that is also the owner of the three Airbus A321 aircraft currently in the fleet.
The new aircraft will be delivered from 2017 as the leasing period of the current aircraft expires.
In addition to the fleet of A321 aircraft used on charter flights to leisure destination in Africa and the Canary Islands, Novair also leases in Airbus A330 wide-body capacity during the winter period for longer flights to Goa and South America.
