May 02, 2014 (newstodate): Sales plans for Russia's Superjet 100 aircraft have been revised.
Under a revised scheme, the manufacturer now expects to sell 44 aircraft in 2014 against 40 as earlier targeted.
Production rates will also be adjusted to 62 aircraft in 2016 against 70 as earlier planned, but Sukhoi maintains its general view of market development over the coming years.
So far, the Superjet 100 has fetched firm orders for a total of 284 aircraft, as well as options for a further 107.
36 Superjet 100 aircraft have so far been delivered to customers, including 10 now flying for Aeroflot and another six early aircraft that have however been handed back to Sukhoi by Aeroflot.
