May 02, 2014 (newstodate): In March 2014, Singapore Airlines Cargo was one of few Top-10 IATA carriers to show positive growth in all four Nordic markets, according to the monthly CASS statistics.
The biggest increase in volumes was seen in the region's smallest market, Finland, where SIA Cargo managed to grow its volumes by 75.7 percent, y-o-y, though to only 125 tonnes, still enough to secure a ranking as #9 in the market.
The carrier's largest sales were in the Norwegian market where SIA Cargo landed at a position as #9 with 474 tonnes, up 10.8 percent, y-o-y.
In Sweden SIA Cargo was up 13.5 percent to 448 tonnes, ranking #6.
Finally, in the Danish market SIA Cargo increased its volumes by 39 percent, y-o-y, to a total of 353 tonnes, ranking #8 on the Top-10 table.
