Apr 15, 2014 (newstodate): KLM Cargo was one of few IATA carrier reporting positive growth in February 2014 in all four Nordic export cargo markets.
Also unique in keeping its position among the top-3 carriers in all four markets, KLM Cargo saw the biggest growth in the Norwegian IATA export cargo market with 51.2 percent increase, to a total of 1,240 tonnes.
Trailing immediately behind in growth figure, the Swedish market also increased by 48.7 percent, to 926 tonnes of KLM Cargo sales.
In the Finnish market, KLM Cargo was up 11.4 percent to 246 tonnes, and in the Danish market the carrier increased its volumes by 2.8 percent to 839 tonnes in February 2014, compared to last year.
Measured in market shares in February, KLM Cargo held 14 percent in Denmark,12.6 in Norway, 11.2 in Sweden, and 8.4 percent of the market in Finland.
