Apr 02, 2014 (newstodate): The number of flights per day at Iceland's Keflavik Airport increased by 25 percent in March 2014, to 25.
On a monthly basis, Icelandair accounted for 71.8 percent of the flights, followed by WOW Air with 13.9 percent, easyJet with 8.8 percent, SAS with 2.9 percent, and Norwegian with 1.8 percent of the flight operations at the airport.
During the new summer schedule, easyJet will add flights on a new route between Basel and Keflavik Airport offering five weekly rotations after increasing its flights to Iceland in March 2014 to 68 against 29 in March 2013.
