Apr 07, 2014 (newstodate): More Russian citizens can look forward to happy, cheap and trouble-free holidays on the Crimean peninsula this summer.
Last year, some 420,000 Russian passengers traveled between Russia and Crimea, but this year's air traffic is expected rise by 2.5-3 times this volume, according to Russia's Minister of Transportation speaking to Russian media.
The air traffic between Russia and its new Crimean enclave has already been included in the state subventions program resulting in lower air fares for passengers and cargo.
