Apr 01, 2014 (newstodate): Growth in the total cargo volumes through Denmark's Billund Airport is still hampered by the sustained slow and negative trends in imports.
In March 2014, the airport handled a total of 5,530 tonnes of cargo, an increase by five percent, y-o-y.
But while export volumes increased by 14.2 percent to 3,254 tonnes, import volumes were still down 5.8 percent to 2,276.
