Apr 30, 2014 (newstodate): easyJet has seen good results with its flights during the summer season to Iceland.
Starting from March 26, 2012, the low-cost carrier has been providing three weekly Airbus A320 rotations on the route between London Luton Airport and Keflavik Airport during the summer season.
Now the carrier has added flights from Basel in Switzerland to Keflavik, and it has been decided to extend services to provide all-year flights on the route from 2014.
easyJet will thus be the only provider of flights to Switzerland during winters also.
