Mar 05, 2014 (newstodate): After one year serving the route between Dubai and Warsaw Chopin Airport, in Poland, the carrier is to upgrade its daily offering.
Starting from February 6, 2013, using Airbus A330-200 aircraft on the route, Emirates will replace this with Boeing 777-200 aircraft from June 1, 2014, taking yet a further step from October 26, 2014, going up to Boeing 777-300 aircraft.
With the introduction of the Boeing 777-300 aircraft, Emirates will offer a cargo capacity at 23 tonnes per flight compared to 17 tonnes on the current Airbus A330-200 operation.
Key exports from Poland include pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and electronic products, while some of the main imports are machinery, sporting goods, medical equipment, electrical equipment and leather products.
