Mar 06, 2014 (newstodate): The Lithuanian MRO provider FL Technics has completed its very first full C-check on Bombardier CRJ 200aircraft type.
Launch customer with FL Technics was Belavia that sent one of its four CRJ200 aircraft to the facility at Vilnius for a comprehensive C-Check including 25 structural repairs, 48, 72 and 96 month inspections, AD/SB evaluation and processing as well as change of engine fan disks.
The aircraft was taken in by mid-January 2014 and is now back into commercial service with the Minsk-based carrier, while the second Belavia CRJ200 aircraft has started a similar check with FL Technics.
