Mar 12, 2014 (newstodate): The Belarus airline Belavia is to take in new Embraer aircraft before this summer.
Already operating two Embraer 175 since late 2012 on a leasing agreement with Air Lease Corporation, Belavia is to take delivery of two Embraer 190 within two months, replacing some of the six Boeing 737-500 aircraft currently operating for the airline.
With these forthcoming deliveries that were originally planned for 2013 already, Belavia has concluded its current fleet plan ending at operating a total of 19 aircraft including two serving state functions.
