Feb 27, 2014 (newstodate): Norway was again at the top of the list as to IATA export cargo in January 2014.
Leading the Nordic IATA export airfreight markets, Norway increased its volumes by a hefty 30.7 percent, y-o-y, to a total of 10,209 tonnes, by far surpassing the second-largest IATA export airfreight market, Sweden, where volumes were up by modest 3.3 percent to 8,194 tonnes.
In both Denmark and Finland, the trend was negative, with the Danish IATA export airfreight market down by 8.5 percent to 5,556 tonnes and the Finnish market dipping 3.8 percent to 3,206 tonnes.
