Dec 19, 2014 (newstodate): If plans materialize, Bosnian Wand Airlines will be new in the skies over the Balkan region.
The carrier plans to start operations early in 2015, with an initial route network comprising flights from Sarajevo to four destinations among which is Stockholm Arlanda, in Sweden.
From the start the airline will operate one Airbus A320 aircraft on a lease contract while its application for an AOC is still pending.
Behind the new carrier is an Iraqi investor, the Al Wand group.
