Dec 02, 2014 (newstodate): Compared to November last year, Icelandair's proportion of the total traffic at the country's Keflavik Airport is decreasing.
Two-thirds, or 76.3 percent, of all scheduled flights from Keflavik in November 2013 were performed by Icelandair, but this year the proportion has fallen to 67.8 percent, statistics show.
Icelandair is thus still the undisputed leading carrier at Keflavik, and second is WOW Air that has however also seen its share down from 14.3 to 13 percent in November 2014.
Third on the runway is easyJet, and here comes the growth - up from 4.6 percent in November 2013 to 10.8 in this year's November figures.
Growing, albeit on a modest scale, are also SAS from 3.1 to 3.3 percent as well as Norwegian that increased its volumes from 1.7 to 2.6 percent in November 2014.
