Nov 24, 2014 (newstodate): Serbia's Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport is seeing traffic volumes up in 2014 - including also cargo.
In October the airport handled a total of 795 tonnes of cargo and 114 tonnes and mail, correspondence to an increase by four and 20 percent y-o-y, respectively.
This brought 10-months totals to 7,747 tonnes of cargo, an increase by 25 percent, y-o-y, and 944 tonnes of mail, up 16 percent.
All figures excluding trucked volumes.
On the passenger side, the airport saw an increase in volumes by 32 percent, y-o-y, to four million passengers during the period.
