Nov 04, 2014 (newstodate): The Latvian carrier airBaltic is - again - pulling out from the route connecting Riga and Gothenburg, in Sweden.
The carrier performed its last flight on the route on October 30, 2014, after serving its second turn from April 14, 2014, with four weekly rotations on the route using Bombardier Q400 aircraft.
With this move, no airlines are now offering direct nonstop flight connections between the two destinations.
airBaltic earlier added Gothenburg to its route network from October 29, 2006, with three weekly Fokker 50 services, but suspended services again from April 2011.
