Nov 13, 2014 (newstodate): Icelandair is the undisputed #1 in flight offerings at Iceland's Keflavik Airport - but competitors are growing in volumes.
In October 2014, Icelandair thus accounted for 72.4 percent of the flights at Keflavik Airport, but this was anyhow down two percentage-points- y-o-y, despite a 10 percent increase in actual flight volume.
#2 at the airport was WOW Air with 12.3 percent of the flights - but growing the fastest was actually #3, easyJet that grew its proportion of the flights to 8.4 percent, or nearly 100 percent up on October 2013.
Less flagrant was SAS with 3.2 percent, followed by Norwegian with 2.1 percent.
"Other airlines" accounted for 1.6 percent, according to airport statistics.
