Oct 30, 2014 (newstodate): The decline in Sweden's IATA export airfreight market continued in September 2014 when volumes dropped by 3.98 percent, y-o-y, to 8,876 tonnes.
Topping the list was SAS Cargo with 1,487 tonnes, but down 0.84 percent, followed by KLM that fell drastically by 25.02 percent to 928 tonnes.
#3, Emirates generated 857 percent and lifted 857 tonnes, while #4, Lufthansa Cargo grew less spectacularly by 3.51 percent to 856 tonnes.
Finnair Cargo, #5, fell by 17.25 percent to 624 tonnes, followed by Thai Cargo, up 22.13 percent to 473 tonnes.
#7, Qatar Airways also increased its volumes by 22.21 tonnes to 453 tonnes, followed by BA World Cargo, up 16.79 percent to 424 tonnes.
#9, Air China fell by 34.04 percent to 345 tonnes, while the Top-10 list was closed by Turkish Airlines with 332 tonnes, an increase by 48.91 percent, the largest among the leading IATA carriers.
