Oct 27, 2014 (newstodate): The Latvian carrier airBaltic will add new business from summer 2015 in the form of wet-lease flights for a tour operator.
The carrier has been contracted by the Danish tour operator SunCharter to fly tourists from Aalborg Airport, in Northern Denmark, to Crete and Rhodos, using a Boeing 737-300 aircraft on Saturdays and Sundays, respectively.
The aircraft will reportedly fly empty between Aalborg and the carrier's base at Riga Airport.
