Jan 13, 2014 (newstodate): In November 2013, two airfreight forwarding companies accounted for almost half of Sweden's IATA export cargo volumes.
Ranking at the top was DHL Global Forwarding with 24.6 percent of the total sales, or 2,143 tonnes.
Second came Geodis Wilson with 21.1 percent of the market, corresponding to 1,838 tonnes.
Both companies, however, lost in volumes compared to same month last year - down 15.0 and 10.7 percent, respectively.
The two market leaders still kept a comfortable distance to the rest of
the contenders, with #3 Schenker aggregating 813 tonnes while growing by 61 percent, y-o-y, gaining 9.3 percent of the market in November 2013.
