Jan 29, 2014 (newstodate): The problems with internet shipments' deliveries by Western express companies to Russian private customers may be close to finding a solution.
As reported earlier this week by newstodate, several express companies including DHL, FedEx and others, reportedly stopped deliveries of express shipments for private customers in Russia due to strict enforcement of paper handling procedures by the Russian Customs that made for overly long delivery times.
Now some of the express companies including DHL have obviously been in close negotiations with Russian Customs with the result that express deliveries may soon be made possible again.
A result of the negotiations is a clarification of the documentation process and implementation of these by the express companies.
