Jan 09, 2014 (newstodate): The Danish ACMI and capacity provider Jet Time will take delivery of its latest addition to its cargo business before the end of this month.
-We expect the Boeing 737-300F converted freighter to be delivered in January, joining our Boeing 737-400F converted freighter that has been in the fleet since November 2013, says Klaus Ren, Jet Time CEO.
-In the fleet are also two Boeing 737-300QC aircraft, and the leasing term for one of these is to expire by early summer 2014. We are currently evaluating the situation to conclude whether it might be replaced by another Boeing 737 converted full-freighter, says Mr Ren.
While the carrier is bound by contract not to reveal the customer for the two freighter aircraft, it is known from sources that they are placed with TNT Airways at Liege on a wet-lease contract.
