Jan 06, 2014 (newstodate): The Nordic airport handling group Aviator Group has divested itself of one of its two companies in Norway - Rros Flyservice.
Rras Flyservice provides ground handing services at Rras Airport as well as travel services for the region's local tourism industry, and its former owners have now bought back the company that became part of the Aviator Group in December 2010, when it was acquired by Aviator's owner, the Swedish Accent Equity Partners AB.
After its exit from the Aviator Group, Rras Flyservice will seek future potentials for continued cooperation between the two parties.
The Aviator Group was founded in December 2010, when Aviator purchased the Swedish company, Nordic Aero, and the two Norwegian companies, Rros Flyservice and Norport Ground Handling.
An Additional acquisition was made April 2011, when Aviator purchased all shares in Novia and Sturup Handling from the Danish company Novia.
Aviator currently provides ground handling services at 22 airports in Norway, Denmark, Finland and Sweden.
