Sep 11, 2013 (newstodate): Ukraine's Kiev Borispol Airport is seeing its cargo volumes rising steeply in 2013.
In the first eight moths of 2013, the airport handled a total of 17,317 tonnes, an increase by 21 percent, y-o-y.
Included in the totals are 4,667 tonnes of exports and 12,650 tonnes of imports.
The trend indicates a significant all-year performance in cargo at the airport that handled a total of 22,893 tonnes of cargo in 2012, including 6,605 tonnes of exports and 16,288 tonnes of import cargo.
