IATA carriers generated a total of 712.2 tonnes of Swedish export air cargo to Shanghai, up 8.6 percent, y-o-y.
Along with the increase in volumes, cargo revenues rose even more with an increase by 16.1 percent, y-o-y, to 710,773 USD, with rates up 6.9 percent to one USD per kilo on an average.
#2 top destination in Sweden's IATA airfreight was Chicago with 610.8 tonnes in July - an increase by 41.7 percent, y-o-y, but revenues were up only 2.5 percent, y-o-y, to 443,297 USD as rates dropped 27.6 percent to 0.73 USD per kilo on an average.
