Sep 23, 2013 (newstodate): Norway's Oslo Airport continued it strong growth during August 2013.
The total cargo volumes increased by 22 percent , y-o-y, during August, with volumes at 10,024 tonnes including 7,402 tonnes of international cargo increasing 34.1 percent, and 2,622 tonnes of domestic cargo that was down by 0.5 percent, y-o-y.
During the first eight months of 2013 the airport has thus handled 77,366 tonnes of cargo, an increase by 15.9 percent, y-o-y.
Over the period, 55,569 tonnes were international cargo, up 17.4 percent, y-o-y, and 21,797 tonnes were domestic cargo, rising 8.3 percent, y-o-y.
