Sep 27, 2013 (newstodate): All four Nordic IATA export air cargo markets reported negative growth figures in August 2013.
With a drop by 11.2 percent, y-o-y, Norway saw the largest drop in IATA export cargo volumes, landing at 8,350 tonnes.
The Danish market fell by 7.2 percent, y-o-y, to a total of 6,146 tonnes, and in the Finnair market total volumes dropped seven percent to 3,066 tonnes.
Sweden performed slightly better, but still down 5.9 percent, y-o-y, to 7,809 tonnes and thus still overtaken by Norway as for volumes in August 2013.
