Aug 30, 2013 (newstodate): The recent MAKS-2013 Airshow in Moscow produced encouraging sales figures for Russia's aircraft manufacturers.
Topping the list was Sukhoi's Superjet 100 that caught no less than 52 firm orders as well as 50 sales positions secured by a new Russian leasing company led by Sberbank.
Another success was reaped by the Irkut MS-21, still under development, with orders for 82 aircraft poised to replace all TU-134 and TU-154 with deliveries starting from 2017.
