The country's provider of air navigation services, ROMATSA, has contracted the Spanish company Indra to implement its latest-generation air traffic management system that will organize aircraft movements in the country's entire airspace.
Indra will equip Bucharest Control Centre, as well as four approach facilities and total of 15 control towers with the latest-generation air traffic management system.
