Aug 12, 2013 (newstodate): The carrier Travel Service Airlines has cancelled its order with Boeing for a single Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
Originally, the aircraft in question was ordered in February 2005 by the Icelandair Group that signed up for a total of four Dreamliner aircraft.
As plans by the airline changed due the worsening financial environment, the Icelandair Group managed to divest of these aircraft, with the first order sold in 2008 to Travel Service Airlines, then 50 percent owned by the Icelandair Group.
Now, the Czech carrier has decided to stay out of the long-haul business leading it to cancel the order for the Dreamliner.
