Aug 07, 2013 (newstodate): The Hungarian carrier Solyom Hungarian Airways is reportedly close to taking delivery of its first aircraft.
The carrier will start out with a fleet comprising six Boeing 737-500 aircraft, and the first of these are currently being prepared for delivery at Bournemouth, in the UK.
The aircraft are reportedly being converted from VIP version to regular passenger aircraft.
The carrier's CEO Jozsef Vago still expects the first flight to lift off in September 2013, but it remains unclear if the carrier has actually received its AOC and other licenses.
