Jul 22, 2013 (newstodate): The Danish charter and ACMI carrier Jet time is again set to expanding its aircraft fleet.
The carrier is to take in a Boeing 737-700 aircraft, formerly operated by Transaviation Airlines, under a long-term leasing arrangement with ALC.
The aircraft is due for delivery by November 2013.
Jet Time currently operates a fleet comprising six Boeing 737-700 and seven Boeing 737-300, two of which are in QC-version.
The carrier is also to expand its aircraft fleet with new ATR 72-600 turboprop aircraft, having now acquired two new aircraft of this type for delivery during H1,2014, in addition to the four similar aircraft already signed for with the Danish turboprop lessor, Nordic Aviation Capital.
The ATR aircraft will serve on a contract with SAS for regional operations at Stockholm and Copenhagen, with aircraft to be based at each station and starting from the coming winter 2013/14 schedules.
