Jun 18, 2013 (newstodate): The Russian carrier Ural Airlines is now operating the entire Airbus A320 Family of aircraft.
The latest addition to the carrier's fleet is an airbus A319, to be used on both domestic and international routes from its main base at Yekaterinburg Koltsovo Airport.
The single A319 joins the carrier's fleet of 18 A320, and 10 A321 aircraft.
Having placed orders for delivery of a second A319 aircraft, Ural Airlines plans to increase its aircraft fleet to a total of 31 by the end of this year.
Plans to operate also the Airbus A330 on long-haul intercontinental flights have so far not materialized.
