Jun 11, 2013 (newstodate): Based on the existing air services agreement between Russia and Turkey, the two parties have agreed to allow their second designated carriers into the market.
Both Russia and Turkey may now open up for a second carrier on the route between Moscow and Istanbul as well as Antalya, with allowances for up to seven weekly flights on the routes.
In the market now offering scheduled services are only Russia's Aeroflot and Turkey's Turkish Airlines
