Jun 18, 2013 (newstodate): Mexico's second-largest carrier Interjet has now taken delivery of its first Sukhoi Superjet 100, delivered by SuperJet International.
Interjet has thus become the first western operator of the Superjet 100 aircraft, having placed order for a total of 20 aircraft plus 10 options.
The carrier's Superjet fleet will be supported by SuperJet International with a per-flight-hour-program, a tailored after-sales solution which allows to keep aircraft flying with a minimum investment.
The Fort Lauderdale warehouse will become the support warehouse to meet spare parts requirements in the Americas.
