May 30, 2013 (newstodate): Uzbekistan Airways has taken delivery of a third fresh Boeing 767-300ER aircraft for its long-haul operations.
The aircraft is the third of a total of four new Boeing 767-300ER ordered from Boeing in November 2008, with the fourth and last aircraft to be delivered before the end of this year, and joining the five Boeing 767-300 aircraft earlier delivered.
The four new aircraft will replace the carrier's three Airbus A310-300 currently used on intercontinental routes.

In the fleet are also five Boeing 757, 10 Airbus A320 and three Avro RJ85 as well as two Airbus A300-600F and nine IL-76 freighter aircraft.
Uzbekistan Airways is also to take delivery of two Boeing 787-8, slated for delivery by 2016.
All aircraft are operating on lease contracts.
