Apr 18, 2013 (newstodate): The Slovenian carrier Adria Airways is fighting hard to find ways out of its financial problems.
The carrier has now reportedly put its two Airbus A319 aircraft up for sale through Phoenix Aircraft Leasing, leaving the airline with a fleet of one Airbus A320, four Bombardier CRJ900LR and five CRJ200LR aircraft, three of which have also already been put up for sale.
The retirement of the two Airbus A319 aircraft leaves doubts over the airline's ability to maintain services on the route network as contained by this summer's schedule.
