Apr 03, 2013 (newstodate): Ryanair has now opened a new destination in Sweden - Jonkoping Airport.
Starting from April 1, 2013, the low-cost carrier is offering two weekly rotations on the route between Jonkoping and Barcelona.
Jonkoping Airport has thus become the carrier's eighth destination in Sweden, and Ryanair is now the airport's first low-cost operator.
Ryanair entered the Swedish market in 1997, with a route from London to Stockholm Skavsta, and has since added flights at Gothenburg, Karlstad, Skellefteaa, Vasteraas, Vaexjoe, and Malmoe.
