But so far, the airline has not been operation all-cargo aircraft, relying solely on belly-load capacity.
Transaero has now taken delivery of its first all-cargo aircraft, Tu-204-100C, to be introduced in commercial service from April 21, 2013, on the route from Moscow to Novosibirsk and Yakutsk.
The aircraft is the first of two under a lease agreement with Ilyushin Finance, with the second aircraft to arrive in May 2013.
