Apr 12, 2013 (newstodate): Air Greenland operates a single Airbus A330-200 aircraft that is now due for planned maintenance work.
During the period April 29 to May 7, 2013, the carrier has therefore leased an Airbus 310-300 from the Portuguese company White Airways to operate the airline's Transatlantic flights between Greenland Kangerlussuaq Airport and Copenhagen Airport in Denmark.
The replacement will, however, require the airline to add one extra rotation during the period as the Airbus A310-300 has less capacity than the Airbus A330-200.
