Apr 05, 2013 (newstodate): Estonia's Tallinn Airport noted a drop in cargo volumes in March due to Easter holidays.
A total of 1,649 tonnes of cargo was handled at Tallinn Airport, down 11.5 percent, y-o-y.
Totals included 1,522 tonnes of cargo, with exports accounting for 171 tonnes, down 35.4 percent, and imports accounting for 1,535 tonnes, down 8.9 percent.
Mail volumes were 128 tonnes, including 57 tonnes of exports, up 19.8 percent, and 69 tonnes of imports, up 6.9 percent, y-o-y.
In this year's first quarter, Tallinn Airport has thus handled 5,077 tonnes of cargo and mail, up 1.9 percent, y-o-y.
