Apr 11, 2013 (newstodate): Now hopes have turned into reality: the Czech carrier CSA has secured its survival through a partnership with a new owner.
As expected in the industry, Korean Air has completed the acquisition of 44 percent of the stake in the Czech carrier, at the same time gaining a new foothold in Europe and extending the lifeline of CSA.
Already flying into Prague Airport, Korean Air will now build up the airport as a new hub for transferring passengers to and from the routes of its SkyTeam-partner CSA.
