Mar 21, 2013 (newstodate): The Georgian carrier FlyGeorgia is rapidly building up its international route network.
The privately-owned FlyGeorgia took delivery of its first Airbus A319 aircraft on July 28, 2012, and in the fleet are now two Airbus A319 and one Airbus A320 aircraft, with one more of each type on order.
Latest new destinations from Tbilisi, confirmed by the carrier are Kiev, from April 2, 2013, with three weekly rotations, and Dusseldorf from April 19, 2013, with two weekly rotations, and Erbil, from March 11, 2013, with two weekly flights.
The carrier is already offering flights to Dubai, Amsterdam, Tehran and to Batumi in Georgia.
In the pipeline now are flights between Tbilisi and Stockholm, in Sweden from this summer, with details yet to be announced
