Mar 13, 2013 (newstodate): Ruslan International, jointly owned by Antonov Airlines and Volga-Dnepr Airlines, may be considering a move of its HQs from the UK to Germany, sources say.
Specializing on out-size and heavy-weight air transports, Ruslan International was set up in 2006 by the two companies, pooling their fleets of AN-124 Ruslan freighters including 10 owned by Volga-Dnepr and seven by Antonov Airlines.
The move, still not officially confirmed by the companies behind Ruslan International, would reportedly be driven by considerations of taxation and administrative costs in the two countries.
